Who we are
E & P Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1996 by Ed and Pat Surowski. Ed has worked in the industry for 30 years as a project manager and an architectural technician for various companies.
E&P found its niche in the interior commercial office and retail industry which continues to be the company's focus today. E&P has also gained experience in design/build projects working on medical and chiropractic offices and some high-end home renovations.

Chris Surowski
Chris Surowski joined the company in 1997 offering project management services and is now President. Chris now oversees all the companies' projects, does job estimating and office administration.
Todd Surowski
Todd Surowski joined the firm in 2005 bringing with him expertise in electrical technology and is now the company's Field Project Manager and Vice President.
